What do you like about COC? How are we different from other providers and what makes you want to stay?

I like COC because they show that they are supportive, if you need help everyone is there to find solutions to whatever your need is.  COC is different from other providers by having on call system, being supportive, using an online system to clock in. One of the reasons that makes me want to stay at COC is the benefits and not having a far travel to work.

What do you like about COC? How are we different from other providers and what makes you want to stay?

COC is extremely friendly and I feel welcome everywhere I go in the company. All staff are celebrated and appreciated at all times. I stay because of how comfortable it is working with my peers, and because of the bonds I have made with my residents.
